don't know what comes with the Netlabs drivers. That is a old version of the driver. The latest is on Netlabs. LBmixer does not come with the latest. It seems that the developer of Uniaudio decided to not update IOTCL90 api to support his features, thus there can be some things that is not possible with LBmixer.

TB Santa Cruz Linux drivers...
Ben Myers I've been to the Creative web page and tried a couple drivers. Also been on numerous chats with Gateway tech people. They uploaded a driver to my system but had no idea if it would work. As luck would have it, it didn't. I bought a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz today and am getting ready to install it.

Does anyone have the Radeon AIW working with the Santa Cruz sound card in Win2k? Or for that matter, not working? The C-Media 8738 on my Iwill KK266-R doesn't cut it, especially in The OS is Win2K Server SP2, I'm running the Radeon 3122a drivers that appeared on the Windows update site a few days ago.

Turtle Beach Santa Cruz drivers?
The Santa Cruz is a good card, like you said, when it works. Great sound. But, buggy drivers, both Win98 and ME. Too bad. Stereo sound, DOS compatibility, stable drivers. Turtle Beach's general sound cards suck. Their MIDI stuff, at one time, was top notch (my housemate still has his Maui.

Turtle Beach's Santa Cruz BSOD's, GPF's, and Errors.
Based on all the hype, I tried the Turtle Beach "Santa Cruz"...nice looking card...but the biggest problem was getting past the BSOD on bootup. The drivers for the card, conflicted with Nero and InCD and I could never get WinME to run for longer than 10 seconds before I got a BSOD based on the Turtle Beach card.

Writing sound driver for Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
Most of the issues are a result of poorly written drivers in regards to SMP. They just don't try an SMP system when writing drivers.
